DECISIONS:

2000-216 Peace River Broadcasting Corporation Ltd., Peace River and Valleyview, Alberta. APPROVED – Addition of FM transmitters at Valleyview.

2000-217 Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc., on behalf of a company to be incorporated, across Canada. APPROVED - Broadcasting licence to carry on a national, English-language programming undertaking (specialty television service) Food Network Canada, expiring 31 August 2006. APPROVED IN PART - Authority to to charge a wholesale rate of $0.10 per subscriber per month, where Food Network Canada is carried on the basic service.

NOTICE:

2000-71-1 Pelmorex Communications. To amend its licence for The Weather Network/MétéoMédia to provide an All Channel Alert (ACA) service to broadcasting distribution undertakings (BDUs) across Canada. The Commission extends the deadline for receipt of interventionsfrom 5 July 2000 to 14 July 2000.

2000-617 Futureway. Reference: 8340-F10-0525/00. The Commission approves on an interim basis an Interim Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection between Call-Net Technology Services Inc. and Futureway Communications Inc.

2000-618 GT Group. Reference: 8340-G7-0526/00. The Commission approves on an interim basis a Master Agreement for Interconnection between Local Exchange Carriers for GT Group Telecom Services Corp. and Axxent Corporation.

2000-619 ISP Telecom. Reference: 8340-J34-0550/00. The Commission approves on an interim basis a Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection between Bell Canada and ISP Telecom Inc.

2000-620 Novus Telecom. Reference: 8340-N20-0522/00. The Commission approves on an interim basis a Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection between Novus Telecom Inc. and Bell Canada.

2000-621 SaskTel. Reference: 8340-S22-0632/00. The Commission approves an Interconnection agreement between Saskatchewan Telecommunications and AT&T Canada Corp.

2000-622 SaskTel. Reference: 8340-S22-0633/00. The Commission approves an Interconnection agreement between Saskatchewan Telecommunications and Call-Net Technology Services Inc.

2000-623 Hay Communications TN 13. The Commission approves on an interim basis Hay Communications' request to introduce digital exchange access service which provides digital access between a customer's service location within the company's exchanges and the company's public switched telephone network. Eff. date = 1.08.2000.

2000-624 Bell Canada TN 6483. The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to revise the hybrid packet network and to remove certain sub items as some arrangements are no longer required. Eff. date = 6.07.2000.

2000-625 TCBC TN 4079. The Commission approves TCBC's request to revise the contribution charge provisions to reflect the Commission's determination in its letter decision dated 17 December 1999, and to make housekeeping changes. Eff. date = 5.07.2000.
