INFORMATION:
Due to the large number of appearing applicants for new
digital pay and specialty television services, the CRTC has released a proposed schedule for our public hearing starting
August 14th.
ORDERS:
2000-576 Bell Intrigna.
Reference: 8340-B29-0520/00. The Commission
approves on an interim basis a Master Agreement for Interconnection between Local Exchange
Carriers for Bell Intrigna Inc. and Novus Telecom Inc.
2000-577 TCBC TN 4074. The Commission approves TCBC's request to upgrade the
Dunster, Fraser Lake, Hansard and Riske Creek exchanges by replacing the base rate area
maps with conditions of service relating to the rural upgrade program.
Eff. Date = 25.06.2000.
2000-578 TCI TN 232. The Commission approves TCI's request to provide an
initial DS-1 access channel from a specific customer location outside the base rate area
served by the Longview central office. Eff. Date = 26.06.2000.
2000-579 TCI TN 233. The Commission approves TCI's request to provide an
initial DS-1 access channel from a specific customer location outside the base rate area
served by the Edson central office. Eff. Date = 26.06.2000.
2000-580 TCI TN 234. The Commission approves TCI's request to provide an
initial DS-1 access channel from a specific customer location outside the base rate area
served by the Red Deer central office. Eff. Date = 26.06.2000.
2000-581 TCI TN 235. The Commission approves TCI's request to provide an
initial DS-1 access channel from a specific customer location outside the base rate area
served by the Crossfield central office. Eff. Date = 26.06.2000.
2000-582 TCI TN 218. The Commission grants conditional approval subject to
modifications to TCI's request to introduce a Business Winback Service Charge Waiver
Promotion. The Commission shortens the enrolment period to 31 August 2000.
2000-583 OTA TNs 60 and 60A. The Commission approves, on an
interim basis, 2000 Carrier Access Tariff rates for the members of the Ontario Telephone
Association, effective 1 January 2000. |
