to broadcast live coverage of sports event on Headline Sports as outlined in its
application and proposal to offer regional programming during a maximum of 10% of its
quarterly programming schedule.

CTV Inc. on behalf of The Sports Network Inc. (TSN), Le Réseau des
Sports (RDS) Inc. (RDS), and 2953285 Canada Inc., operating as The Discovery Channel,
Across Canada. APPROVED - Application that will result in CTV Inc. (CTV) obtaining an 80%
controlling interest in NetStar Communications Inc. (NetStar), subject, by majority vote,
to a number of conditions.

television stations will expire on 31 August 2003, except for CHAU-TV and its
transmitters which will expire on 31 August 2005.

add an FM radio transmitter at Fermont to offer the programming of CBSI-FM Sept-Îles (la

This application is a request to amend the broadcasting licence of radio station CHUT-FM

TCBC. Reference: 8622-B1-01/99. As a
result of a Part VII application from TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. (formerly BC TEL),
the Commission relieves it of the requirement to file a general tariff for advanced
intelligent network (AIN) underlying features as soon as it introduces a service that uses
the AIN platform. However, in the event that an alternate service provider does request
access to BC TEL's AIN platform, BC TEL will be required to file a tariff to provide the
necessary services and facilities.
