ORDERS:

2000-1026 The Commission denies Call-Net's request to direct Bell Canada to price Megalink service, available in General Tariff Item 5201, at the same rates as it is available in General Tariff Item 2230. Reference:  8661-C43-01/00.

2000-1027 The Commission approves on an interim basis a Billing and Collection Services Agreement between AXXENT Corp. and Bell Canada. Reference:  8340-A61-0697/00.

2000-1028 The Commission approves on an interim basis a Master Agreement for Interconnection between LECs for Call-Net Communications Inc. and Cannect Communications Inc. Reference:  8340-C40-0695/00.

2000-1029 The Commission approves Hay Communications' request to restructure the existing suspension of service rates to be consistent with those approved for other telephone companies offering the same service. Reference:  TN 14. Eff. Date = 1.12.2000.

2000-1030 The Commission approves Island Tel's request to introduce digital exchange access service provided via a standard DS-1 transmission facility between the customer's premises or other service point and the public switched telephone network. Reference:  TN 546. Eff. Date = 17.11.2000.

2000-1031 The Commission approves MTS's request to increase the pay-per-use maximum monthly rate for the Call Again, Call Return and Three-Way Calling features from $6 to $10. Reference:  TN 435. Eff. Date = 24.11.2000.

2000-1032 The Commission approves NewTel's request to replace the existing reference to the residence and business services packages with a generic reference for Extended area service and Community calling plan. Reference:  TN 641. Eff. Date = 23.11.2000.

2000-1033 The Commission approves NewTel's request to offer a custom-built equipment and arrangement service to a customer. Reference:  TN 642. Eff. Date = 24.11.2000.

2000-1034 The Commission approves the Billing and Collection Services Agreement filed by QuébecTel Alizé. Reference:  8340-Q6-0689/00.

2000-1035 The Commission approves a Basic Listing Interchange File (BLIF) Agreement filed by QuébecTel Alizé. Reference:  8340-Q6-0690/00.

2000-1036 The Commission approves on an interim basis an Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier between QuébecTel Alizé Inc. and Bell Canada. Reference:  8340-Q6-0696/00.
