DECISION:

2000-448 3429873 Canada Inc., Across Canada. APPROVED – Amendment of TreeHouse TV's condition of licence no. 2 prohibiting the broadcast of programs offered by the specialty service YTV.

NOTICES:

2000-158 Kawartha Lakes Cablevision Inc., Ennismore, Ontario. The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A00-0121 dated 27 October 2000, a change to the effective control of Kawartha Lakes Cablevision Inc., licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving Ennismore and other communities. The change will be effected through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Kawartha Lakes Cablevision Inc. to Regional Cablesystems Inc., a widely-held Canadian company.

2000-159 S.R.S. Lynn Lake Inc., Lynn Lake, Manitoba – 200020446. The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A00-0123 dated 6 November 2000, a change to the effective control of S.R.S. Lynn Lake Inc., licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving Lynn Lake. The change will be effected through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares of S.R.S. Lynn Lake Inc. to 3870872 Manitoba Inc., a company owned and controlled by Canadian citizens, Trevor and Rosalie Kruzer.

2000-1039 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to establish extended area service between its London exchange and Brooke Telecom Co-operative Limited's Inwood, Ontario exchange. Reference:  TN 6532. Eff. Date = 04-01-2001.

2000-1040 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request for a custom-designed arrangement providing for a 56 Kbps digital facility between Dryden and Oxdrift, Ontario. Reference:  TN 6533. Eff. Date = 24-11-2000.

2000-1041 The Commission approves on an interim basis Gateway Telephone Limited's request to add Schedule C to the existing Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Bell Canada and Gateway Telephone Limited. Reference:  8340-G13-0354/01.

2000-1042 The Commission approves on an interim basis a Master Agreement for Interconnection between LECs for Gateway Telephone Limited and Norigen Communications Inc. Reference:  8340-G13-0702/00.

2000-1043 The Commission approves on an interim basis a Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Gateway Telephone Limited and AXXENT Corp. Reference:  8340-G13-0703/00.

2000-1047 The Commission denies TELUS Communications Inc.'s application to extend its Centrex Contract Signing Bonus Promotion. Reference:  TN 292.

2000-1048 In this order, the Commission directs:  1) each ILEC and CLEC to require local service resellers, as conditions of resale, to provide complete end-customer information, and any changes to end-customer information within 30 days of the change; 2) the ILECs to issue revised resale tariffs incorporating these requirements; and 3) Bell Canada to comply with the Decision 97-8 requirements to populate the 9-1-1 database with complete reseller end-customer information, and to file a report.
