The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A00-0121 dated 27 October 2000, a change to the effective control of Kawartha Lakes Cablevision Inc., licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving Ennismore and other communities. The change will be effected through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Kawartha Lakes Cablevision Inc. to Regional Cablesystems Inc., a widely-held Canadian company.
