DECISION:

2000-395 Bell ExpressVu Inc., Across Canada. APPROVED – Distribution of Bell ExpressVu's DTH service to subscribers in multiple unit dwellings (MUDs) using terrestrial facilities that may cross property lines, public streets or highways.

ORDERS:

2000-880 The CRTC approves a contribution exemption for Internet service providers' access lines provided to Québec-Communications by Bell Canada. Reference:  8626-Q7-01/00. Eff. Date = 26.9.2000.

2000-881 The Commission forbears conditionally from regulating single-line inside wire services provided by Hurontario Telephones Limited. Customers will continue to determine if transmission problems originate on their inside wiring, or on Hurontario's network. Reference:  TN 27.

2000-882 The Commission denies an application by TCI proposing amendments to its "Package of 3 Calling Features". Reference:  TNs 265 and 265A.
