general interest video-on-demand service consisting primarily of feature
films. The licence will expire 31 August 2010.
2004-154 CHRS
Broadcasting, Inc., Federicton, New Brunswick. APPROVED – Increase
of the effective radiated power from 50 watts to 250 watts and an increase
of the antenna height from 28.5 metres to 48 metres of the authorized

to acquire the assets of CIAU-FM Radisson and for a broadcasting licence

APPROVED – Transfer of assets of Vision’s specialty undertakings

licence to operate Vision TV. The licence will expire 31 August 2004.

Across Canada. APPROVED – Amendment to the broadcasting licences
of the pay-per-view and the direct-to-home pay-per-view programming undertakings
known as Canal Indigo, in order to change the condition of licence relating
to closed captioning as noted in the decision.

Limited, Toronto, Ontario. APPROVED – Increase of the average effective
radiated power from 600 watts to 1,300 watts of the authorized contour
of the transitional digital television undertaking CITY-DT Toronto.

of the time limit to commence the operation of the new transmitter at
Saskatoon, until 30 April 2005.
