assets of the radio programming undertakings CILR-FM and CKSA-FM
Lloydminster and CKSA-FM's transmitter, from Sask-Alta Broadcasters
Limited (Sask-Alta), and acquisition of the assets of the television programming
undertakings CITL-TV and CKSA-TV Lloydminster with their respective transmitters.
2004-558 CHUM (Ottawa) Inc. Ottawa, Ontario. APPROVED - Extension
of the time limit to commence the operation of the transitional digital
radio undertaking associated with CJMJ-FM Ottawa, until 31 August 2005.

the purpose of broadcasting the baseball games of the Toronto Blue Jays
originating from CJCL Toronto, from 1 January 2005 to 31 March 2005.
2004-563 Various Licensees. Various locations in Nova Scotia, Ontario
and Prince Edward Island. RENEWED -B roadcasting licences for the
radio programming undertakings listed in the appendix to the decision,
from 1 January 2005 to 31 January 2005.

2004-97 The Commission has received various broadcasting applications. The
interventions/comments deadline is 21 January 2005.
Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing :
2004-10-5 Further
to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2004-10, 2004-10-1, 2004-10-2,
2004-10-3 and 2004-10-4 dated 3, 9, 25 November 2004 and 8, 10 December
2004 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 10 January 2005
at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission
Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission
announces that item 22 (Pineridge Broadcasting Inc.) is withdrawn from
the public hearing.
2004-11 The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 28 February
2005 at 9:30 a.m., at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, 900 West Georgia
Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, to consider various broadcasting
applications. The interventions/comments deadline is 3 February 2005.
Telecom Orders:
2004-436 The Commission approves a Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC
Interconnection between Bell West Inc. (Bell West) and Primus Telecommunications
Canada Inc. Bell West filed an application on 16 November 2004. Reference: 8340-B37-200413352.
2004-437 The Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications
Inc., dated 15 November 2004, to revise TELUS Communications (B.C.)
Inc. General Tariff item 470, Integrated Services Digital Network - Primary
Rate Interface Service, in order to add two features in British Columbia. Reference: TNs TCI 162 and TCBC 4223. Eff. date = 22.12.04.
