2003-11-3 Further to its Broadcasting
Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2003-11, 2003-11-1, 2003-11-2 dated 18 and
23 December 2003, and 30 January 2004 relating to a Public Hearing which
will be held on 16 February
2004 at 9:30 a.m., at the Congress Center, 900 Honoré-Mercier Avenue
, Québec, Quebec, the Commission announces that items 24 (Astral
Radio Inc. and Paul-Émile Beaulne) and 25 (Astral Media Inc.)
are withrawn from the public hearing.

Broadcasting Decisions:
2004-80 Chetwynd Communications Society, Chetwynd , British
Columbia. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the low-power
television programming undertaking CHET-TV Chetwynd and its transmitter
CHET-TV-1 Hasler Flats, from 1 September 2004 to 31 August 2011.
2004-81 CHUM Limited, Across Canada . APPROVED – Amendment to
the condition of licence for MuchMusic, an English-language specialty
television service, pertaining to the definition of “broadcast day”,
as noted in the decision.
2004-82 Videotron (Regional) Ltd., Gatineau, Quebec. APPROVED – Change
of the source of the signals of television stations affiliated with the
U.S. commercial networks that it distributes on its cable distribution
undertaking serving Gatineau.
