2004-250 Shaw
Cablesystems Limited, Fort McMurray, Alberta. APPROVED – Change
of the authorized service area of the cable distribution undertaking serving
Fort McMurray.

Canada Inc., Toronto, Ontario. APPROVED – Decrease of the effective
radiated power from 440 watts to 373 watts, and an increase of the antenna
height.
Telecom Decision:
2004-43 The
Commission denies First Media Group Inc.'s (FMG) proposal to provision
900 network services to interested 900 content service providers by reselling
the underlying network elements and services of 900 service carriers and
local exchange carriers (LECs). The Commission also denies FMG's request
to issue a public notice to further consider mandatory unbundling of network
