approves on an interim basis an application by Maskatel inc., dated 3 February 2004,

2004-74 The Commission approves an application by Microcell Solutions
Inc., dated 3 February 2004, in order to bring the 9-1-1 sections

2004-75 The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated
2 February 2004, in order to modify the naming of KeyPak High Speed
1.5 Mbps and 3.0 Mbps to KeyPak High Speed and KeyPak High Speed
Ultra, respectively, to accommodate a planned change to download access
