2004-179 Moose Jaw
Tier 1 Hockey Inc., Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. APPROVED – Amendment of the
condition of licence for the radio programming undertaking CFVZ-FM Moose Jaw, as
noted in the decision.
Broadcasting Public Notice:
2004-20-1 Request to
amend the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations to add provisions
governing the audit of affiliation payments – Extension of deadline for comments.
The Commission extends the deadline for the filing of comments to 21 May 2004.

2004-159 The Commission
approves an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications, dated 26 February
2004 and amended on 6 April 2004, in order to establish deadlines and associated
