Broadcasting Public Notices:
2004-58-1 Call for comments on a proposed framework for the licensing
and distribution of high definition pay and specialty services. Extension
of deadline for submission of comments, to 7 February 2005.
2004-61-1 Call for comments on a request by the CCTA for the addition
of HD Net and Discovery HD Theater to the lists of satellite services eligible
for digital distribution.
Having considered the submissions, the Commission extends the deadline for
the filing of comments with respect to Public Notice 2004-61 to 7 February
2005. The CCTA may file written replies to any comments no later than 21 February
2005
Telecom Order:
2004-352 The Commission approves an application by TELUS
Communications Inc., dated 22 July 2004 and amended on 20 August
2004, in order to introduce the Radio Tower Access Service. Reference: TNs 384
