The Commission approves on an interim basis an application by Vidéotron
Télécom ltée, dated 15 July 2004, to revise several
General Tariff items in order to reflect the lower interconnection rates
issued by the incumbent local exchange carriers pursuant to Telecom Decision
CRTC 2002-34. Reference: TN 12. Eff. date = 01.06.04.
2004-306 The Commission
approves on an interim basis, subject to an amendment, Shaw Telecom Inc.,
(Shaw) proposed General Tariff. Shaw filed the application on 26 July
