2002-19 Bell Canada – Access services tariff for interconnection with other service providers. The Commission considers that it is appropriate to grant approval of the proposed tariff revisions. However, given remaining unresolved issues concerning the rate structure of the billed number screening database access service, the Commission approves these tariffs on an interim basis, effective as of the date of this decision. 2002-20 TELUS Communications Inc. – Billed number screening database access service. The Commission considers that it is appropriate to grant approval of the proposed tariff revisions. 2002-145 The Commission approves the applications by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TELUS Québec), dated 27 February 2002, to introduce the following promotions: from 15 April to 12 May 2002, all local residential customers who order call waiting service will pay a monthly rate of $3.45 for the first six months of service (the call waiting promotion); and from 13 May to 16 June 2002, all local residential customers who order call forwarding service will pay a monthly rate of $2.95 for the first six months of service (the call forwarding promotion). 2002-146 The Commission approves the application by Bell Canada, dated 4 March 2002, to revise its Access Services Tariff item 110, Co-Location Arrangements for Interconnecting Canadian Carriers, in order to reflect the Commission's determination with respect to co-location common costs set out in CRTC sets deadlines for co-location common cost rebates, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-5, 1 February 2002. 2002-147 The Commission approves the application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 24 January 2002, to change the name of Megalink service to Integrated Services Digital Network – Primary Rate Interface (ISDN-PRI) Service; and to waive the service charges for (a) DS-1 access provisioning, and (b) installation of public switched telephone network termination. 2002-148 The Commission approves the application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 22 February 2002, to amalgamate General Tariff item 405 of the former TELUS Communications Inc. (the former TCI) and National Services Tariff item 901 which applied to the former TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. (the former TCBC), concerning support structure service. The two services would be combined into TCI General Tariff item 404. Reference: TN 37. Eff. date = 11.04.02.

2002-149 The Commission approves the application by Bell Canada submitted on behalf of and with the concurrence of TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 22 February 2002, to revise the National Services Tariff (NST) item 901, Support Structure Service, in order to withdraw the participation of the former TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc.
