APPROVED – Addition of conditions of licence for the TQS television
network and for CFJP-TV Montréal and its transmitter CJPC-TV Rimouski, as
listed in the Decision.
Telecom Orders:
2002-448 The
Commission approves an application by Bell Canada, dated 22 October
2002, to revise General Tariff item 70.2, Rate Schedules for Primary
Exchange (Local) Service, in order to introduce a promotion to win back
business customers from 21 November 2002 to 30 April 2003.

Commission approves an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS),
dated 25 September 2002, for approval of the executed Data Storage
and Retrieval Agreement between TSI Telecommunication Network Services
