2002-29 MTS
Communications Inc. – Review and vary application regarding the rebanding decision.
The Commission concludes that its calculation was not erroneous, and that
MTS has failed to demonstrate that there is substantial doubt as to the
correctness of the rebanding decision. Therefore, the Commission denies
the application by MTS. Reference: 8662-M3-03/01
2002-30 Saskatchewan
Telecommunications – Review and vary application regarding the rebanding
decision. The Commission concludes that its calculations were not erroneous,
and that SaskTel has failed to demonstrate that there is substantial doubt
as to the correctness of the rebanding decision. Therefore, the Commission

approves the application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc.
dated 20 March 2002, to revise General Tariff item 2.27, relating to residential
bundles in order to introduce "Forfait intermédiaire 3" to single-line

2002-174 The Commission
approves the application by the Cochrane Public Utilities Commission dated
11 February 2002 to revise General Tariff section 100, Exchange Service,
in order to increase its business individual line rate from $18.30 to
$31; increase its rural business individual line rate from $24 to $31;
and subject all additional lines to the same rate as first line rates.

approves the Telecommunications Interconnection and Settlement Agreement

approves the application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 8 March
2002, to add Special Facilities Tariff item 300, Provision of OC-3 Local
Facility – Specific Customer Only, in order to provide an OC-3 local
facility to interconnect two customer locations both located in the main

approves the application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc.,
dated 6 February 2002, to revise General Tariff item 2.20, SmartTouch
