2002-431 The Commission
approves an application by People's Telephone Company of Forest Inc.,
dated 15 July 2002, to revise General Tariff section 820, Call
Answer Service, in order to increase the monthly Call Answer service rates,
introduce new components to Call Answer Service, and eliminate optional
services from its General Tariff. Reference: TN 41.

2002-432 The Commission
approves an application by People's Telephone Company of Forest Inc.,
dated 17 July 2002, to revise General Tariff section 490, Miscellaneous
Equipment, in order to increase the monthly rates for residential call
management and custom calling features, increase the monthly rates for
business call management and custom calling features, and introduce optional
service bundles. Reference: TN 42.

2002-433 The Commission
denies an application by Bell West Inc. (Bell West), dated 16 April 2002,
for approval of the unexecuted Agreement for the provision of E9-1-1 emergency
calling service in Alberta, between Bell West and the City of Medicine Hat.
