Broadcasting Decisions:

2002-386 The Family Channel Inc., Across Canada. APPROVED - Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the national English-language pay television service known as Family, from 1 December 2002 to 31 August 2009. APPROVED - Addition of direct-to-home satellite subscribers to its condition of licence.

2002-387 Dryden District Chamber of Commerce Dryden, Ontario. APPROVED - Low-power English-language FM radio station for a tourist information service in Dryden, Ontario. The licence will expire 31 August 2009.

2002-388 Telelatino Network Inc., Across Canada. APPROVED - Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the specialty television service known as Telelatino, from 1 December 2002 to 31 August 2009. APPROVED - Decrease of the minimum requirement of third-language programming from 85% to 75%, and increase of the maximum amount of ethnic programming in the English and French languages from 15% to 25%.

Broadcasting Public Notice:

2002-76 The Commission has received various broadcasting applications. Intervention deadline: 2 January 2003.

Telecom Costs Order:

2002-16 Consumers' Association of Canada, the National Anti-Poverty Organization and l'Union des Consommateurs application for costs – Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2002-1. Reference: 8695-C12-19/02 and 4754-211.

Telecom Order:

2002-443 The Commission approves the applications by Aliant Telecom Inc. regarding business single-line and multi-line access services.
