On 13 March 1998, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 2165, proposing a short term "SmartPac Acquisition" promotional offer from 1 May to 30 August 1998 inclusive.

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 May 1998 are approved.
