On 9 March 1998, Teleglobe Canada Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the International Leased Services Tariff, introducing Romania and Syria to the list of destinations and adding several speed offerings to Russia for the Globestream service.

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
