On 14 April 1998, Telesat Canada filed an application for approval of revisions to Special Assembly Tariff CRTC 8408, for the purpose of substituting tariff pages which incorporate changes to the service(s).

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 14 May 1998 are approved.
