The fourth quarter 2003 and the first quarter 2004, Quality of Service
reports filed by the Société en commandite Télébec,
13 February 2004 and 14 May 2004 respectively, both indicated:
"** Indicateurs 4.2 et 4.3: Résultats à venir"
Neither the fourth quarter 2003 nor the first quarter 2004 results have,
as yet, been provided to the Commission.
Please provide these results by 23 July 2004 [l1] .
