Change of service area

The Commission approves the
application by TELUS Communications Inc. to change the authorized
service area of the regional cable broadcasting distribution undertaking
serving the province of British Columbia, in order to include Whistler
and surrounding area to its service area of Vancouver. The licensee
shall operate under the same terms and conditions as those applicable to
its Vancouver service area. |
