2005-90 Rogers Broadcasting Limited. Toronto, Ontario. RENEWED - Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the English-language radio network for the purpose of broadcasting the baseball games of the Toronto Blue Jays originating from CJCL Toronto, from 1 April 2005 to 31 August 2005.

Telecom Decision:

2005-10 The Commission denies a Part VI application by Doncaster Consulting Inc. that challenged the appropriateness of Bell Canada's requirement that it provide a deposit in order for Bell Canada to provide service pursuant to Bell Canada's General Tariff items 5410 and 5420.

Broadcasting Public Notices:

2005-20 Call for comments on a proposal to add RAI International to the lists of eligible satellite services for distribution on a digital basis. Comments must be received by the CRTC and by Rogers on or before 4 April 2005. Rogers may file a written reply to any comments received concerning the ir request. Any such reply should be filed with the Commission, and a copy sent to the person who submitted the comments, by no later than 19 April 2005.

2005-21 The Commission has received applications from TQS inc. Télévision MBS inc. and Radio Nord Communications Inc. Deadline for submission of interventions/comments: 24 March 2005.

2005-15-1 Further to its Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2005-15 dated 25 February 2005, the locations of item 1 where the applications may be examined have been amended.

Telecom Order:

2005-85 The Commission approves on an interim basis the following applications for tariff revisions effective on the date of this Order: Téléphone Guèvremont inc. TN 43, La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor TN 32, Société en commandite Télébec TN 316 and Thunder Bay Telephone TNs 116 and 116A.
