Sur Sagar Radio Inc. - Licence amendment

1. |
The Commission approves the
application by Sur Sagar Radio Inc. to amend the broadcasting licence of
the transitional digital radio programming undertaking at Toronto by
amending the following condition of licence: |

14. The undertaking must be operational at the earliest
possible date and in any event no later than 17 April 2005.

2. |
The condition of licence, as
amended, will read as follows: |

possible date and in any event no later than 31 March 2006.

This is the applicant’s second request for
an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of this
undertaking. |

The Commission did not receive any
interventions in connection with this application. |
