Broadcasting Decision:
2005-570 TELUS Communications Inc., Calgary, Edmonton (including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove and Stony Plain), Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and Red Deer, Alberta; Kamloops, Kelowna, Nanaimo, Penticton, Prince George, Terrace, Vancouver (including Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley), Vernon and Victoria, British Columbia. DENIED – Addition of conditions of licence, as noted in the decision. APPROVED – Addition of a condition of licence that would permit it to receive distant Canadian signals using its own facilities rather than from a licensed Satellite Relay Distribution Undertaking (SRDU), provided that it does not make those signals available to any other licensee and addition of a condition of licence that would permit it to replace, at its option, any of the U.S. 4+1 signals that it is authorized to distribute with the signal of a different affiliate of the same network located in the same time zone as that of the licensed area and received from a licensed SRDU.

Telecom Orders:
2005-392 The Commission approves a renewed interconnection agreement between TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) and Société en commandite Télébec (Télébec). With respect to a service agreement between TCI, Télébec and the customer, the Commission directs TCI and Télébec, within 60 days of this Order, to provide the telecommunications services set out in the service agreement to the customer in accordance with their general tariffs or to file one or more special facilities tariffs for the services provided to the customer under the service agreement. 2005-393 The Commission approves an interconnection agreement between TELUS Communications Inc. and Société en commandite Télébec (Télébec) for the provision of local communication services to Télébec's customers in Fermont. Reference: 8340‑T69‑200318875.
2005-394 The Commission approves the following tariff applications: Aliant Telecom Inc. TN 181 and Saskatchewan Telecommunications TN 98. (streamlined order)
2005-395 The Commission approves on a final basis an application by TELUS Communications Inc. to revise its General Tariff item 110, Multi‑Element Plan service charges, in British Columbia. Reference: TCBC TN 4239.
