2005-593 TFG Communications Inc., Saint John, New Brunswick. APPROVED – Increase of the antenna height and relocation of the transmitter of the radio programming undertaking CFHA-FM Saint John.
2005-594 CTV Specialty Television Inc., on behalf of The NHL Network Inc., CTV Television Inc., The Sports Network Inc. and 1163031 Ontario Inc., Across Canada. APPROVED – Addition of a condition of licence and replacement of the preamble of each service’s condition of licence setting out its requirements for Canadian programming expenditures, as noted in the decision.
