Broadcasting Decisions:

2005-87 Newlife Communications Inc. Kelowna, British Columbia. DENIED - Low-power specialty English-language commercial FM radio programming undertaking in Kelowna.

2005-88 Durham Radio Inc. Oshawa, Ontario. APPROVED - New FM transmitter of CKDO Oshawa in Oshawa at 107.7 MHz (channel 299A1) with an effective radiated power of 250 watts.

2005-80 The Commission approves an application by Vidéotron ltée (Vidéotron), dated 25 January 2005, in order to update the list of Vidéotron affiliates covered by Vidéotron's Third Party Internet Access tariff. Reference: TN 11. Eff. date = 02.03.05.

2005-84 The Commission approves a large construction charges instalment payment plan for Aliant Telecom Inc., Bell Canada, MTS Communications Inc., Société en commandite Télébec (Télébec), TELUS Communications Inc., and TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TELUS Québec), as well as small and medium instalment payment plans for Télébec and TELUS Québec for telephone service provided to residential customers under the companies' service improvement plans.
