The Commission renews the
broadcasting licence for the specialty programming undertaking Canal
Évasion, from 1 September 2005 to 28 February 2006, subject to the terms
and conditions in effect under the current licence. |

This decision does not dispose of any
substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this
licence and interested parties will have an opportunity to comment at
the appropriate time. |
