The Commission renews the broadcasting
licence for the transitional digital radio undertaking CIMF-DR-1 Gatineau,
associated with CIMF-FM Gatineau, from 1 September 2005 to 31 August
2006, subject to the terms and conditions set out in Transitional
digital radio undertaking in Gatineau, Broadcasting Decision CRTC
2002-366, 13 November 2002. |

This decision does not dispose of any
substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this
licence and interested parties will have an opportunity to comment at
the appropriate time. |
