APPROVED – Acquisition of assets and corporate reorganization. 2005-500 BEA-VER Communications Inc., Chatham and Windsor, Ontario. APPROVED – Technical changes for CKUE-FM Chatham and its transmitter CKUE-FM-1 Windsor as noted in the decision. 2005-501 La radio campus communautaire francophone de Shawinigan inc., Shawinigan, Quebec. APPROVED – New French-language Type B community FM radio programming undertaking in Shawinigan. The licence will expire on 31 August 2012. Telecom Public Notice:2005-15 The Commission announces that it will continue to collect data and publish annual monitoring reports on the Canadian telecommunications industry. Telecom Costs Order:2005-8 The Commission approves the application for costs by the Utilities Consumers' Group with respect to its participation in the Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2004-6 proceeding.
