The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Cariboo Central Interior Inc. for CJCI Prince George. 2005-534 VDN Cable Inc., Montréal, Quebec. The Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to VDN Cable Inc. for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Montréal. 2005-535 Rogers Broadcasting Limited, North Bay, Ontario. APPROVED – Technical change for the radio programming undertaking CHUR-FM North Bay, as noted in the decision. 2005-536 MusiquePlus inc., Across Canada. APPROVED – Authority to specify that the service shall be packaged and distributed by Class 1 broadcasting distribution undertakings on a “modified dual status” basis instead of on a “dual status” basis. Telecom Decision:2005-64 The Commission approves Saskatchewan Telecommunications' exclusion application to adjust June 2005 results for quality of service indicator 2.1A - Out-of-Service Trouble Reports Cleared within 24 Hours (Urban).
