Application by Corus Entertainment
Inc. (Corus), on behalf of its subsidiaries indicated below, to
amend their respective broadcasting licences in order to implement
the incentive program for English-language Canadian television drama
set out in Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-93. |

In addition to the maximum number
of advertising minutes provided by any other condition of licence,
the licensee may also broadcast such additional minutes of advertising
calculated in accordance with Incentives for English-language Canadian
television drama, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-93,
29 November 2004, as may be amended from time to time. |

Also, Corus proposes to amend
the licences of its specialty television services The Canadian
Documentary Channel, W Network and Treehouse TV by replacing, with the
following, the preamble to each licensee’s condition of licence setting
out its requirements for Canadian programming expenditures. In addition,
Corus proposes to add the following revised preamble to the condition of
licence setting out the requirements for Canadian programming
expenditures of its specialty television services YTV and CMT: |

Flexibility With Regard to Canadian Program Expenditures by Canadian
Television Stations, Public Notice CRTC 1992-28,
8 April 1992, in The Reporting of Canadian Programming Expenditures,

22 June 1993, in Additional Clarification Regarding the Reporting
of Canadian Programming Expenditures, Public Notice CRTC 1993-174,
10 December 1993 and in Incentives for English-language Canadian
television drama, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-93,

Before initiating service
through electronic mode, please ensure that you will be able to satisfy
the Commission, upon request, that service of the notification was
