APPROVED – New FM transmitter in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts to broadcast CBGA-FM's programming, and deletion of the existing AM transmitter CBGA-7 Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, Quebec, the radio programming undertaking CBGA-FM Matane. 2005-99 Shaw Cablesystems Limited, Thunder Bay, Ontario. APPROVED – Amendment of the authorized service area of the cable broadcasting distribution undertaking serving Thunder Bay as noted in the decision. 2005-100 Newcap Inc., Thunder Bay, Ontario. APPROVED – Decrease of the antenna height and relocation of the transmitter, for the radio programming undertaking CKTG-FM Thunder Bay Telecom Decision:2005-11 The Commission varies Annual price cap filings deferral account – related issues, Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-42, 22 June 2004, in order to provide equitable regulatory treatment to Aliant Telecom Inc., and directs the company to recalculate the amount of money that it must transfer into the deferral account for the reduction of the contribution revenue-percent charge. More specifically, the company may exclude from the 2001 capped service revenue base the capped service revenues of the former Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, since these revenues did not reflect the impact of the initial 4.5 percent contribution revenue-percent charge. Eff. date = 07.03.05. 2005-87 The Commission approves on a final basis an application by Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 24 January 2005 and amended on 28 January 2005, to introduce the following new call management services: anonymous call rejection, selective call acceptance, and selective call rejection. 2005-88 The Commission approves an application by Bell Canada dated 28 January 2005, in order to revise several items in the National Services Tariff (NST) to reflect MTS Allstream Inc.'s withdrawal of participation in the Bell Canada administered NST. Eff. date = 07.03.05. 2005-89 The Commission approves an application by MTS Allstream Inc., dated 28 January 2005 and amended on 4 February 2005, to revise its Supplementary Tariff – Special Services and Facilities to accommodate the migration of several items from the National Services Tariff (NST) to reflect the company's withdrawal of participation in the Bell Canada administered NST. Reference: TNs 551 and 551A. Eff. date = 07.03.05. 2005-90 The Commission approves an application by MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream), dated 28 January 2005, to accommodate the provision of retail digital subscriber line Internet service to residential or business local telephone service customers whose local telephone service is provided by a competitive local exchange carrier via local loops leased from MTS Allstream. 2005-91 The Commission approves the Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service between NorthernTel, Limited Partnership (NorthernTel) and Bell Canada.
