Broadcasting Decisions:

2005-151 Global Fishing Network Ltd. Across Canada. APPROVED - National English-language Category 2 specialty programming undertaking to be known as Global Fishing Network. The licence will expire 31 August 2011.

2005-152 Aliant Telecom Inc. Saint John and Moncton, New Brunswick. APPROVED - Distribution of additional signals on a discretionary digital basis.

Broadcasting Public Notice:

2005-31 Ownership applications granted approval. The Commission publishes a list of transfers of ownership and changes to the effective control of broadcasting undertakings that it has authorized during the period 1 January 2005 to 28 February 2005 pursuant to its streamlined procedure.

Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing:

2005-2-1 Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-2 dated 16 February 2005 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 18 April 2005 at 9 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces that item 3 (Standard Radio Inc.) is withdrawn from the public hearing.

2005-3-2 Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-3 and 2005-3-1 dated 17 and 22  March 2005 relating to a P ublicHearing which will be held on 16 May 2005 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces that it will also consideran application by Standard Radio Inc. The deadline for submission of interventions/comments is 27 April 2005. Please note that t he Commission will accept interventions that only relate to the change in technical parameters.

2005-4-2 Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-4 and 2005-4-1 dated 7 and 12 April 2005 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 6 June 2005 at 9:30 a.m., at  the Embassy Suites Hotel, 6700 Fallsview Boulevard, Niagara Falls, Ontario, the Commission announces that item 19 (MusiquePlus inc.) is withdrawn from the public hearing.

Telecom Orders:

2005-139 The Commission approves on an interim basis the following tariff applications: Bell Canada TN 6861, La Cie de Téléphone de Courcelles Inc. TN 24, La Corporation de Téléphone de La Baie TN 30, Téléphone Milot inc. TN 27, MTS Allstream Inc. TNs 556, 557, 558, 559 and 560, North Renfrew Telephone Company Limited TN 27, Ontario Telecommunications Association TN 92, Quadro Communications Co-;operative Inc. TN 22, Le Téléphone de St-Liboire de Bagot Inc. TN 38, La Compagnie de Téléphone Upton Inc. TN 37 and La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick TN 41.

2005-140 The Commission approves on an interim basis the following tariff applications: Bell Canada TNs 6858, 6858A, 6863 and 6863A, CoopTel TN 60, North Frontenac Telephone Corporation Ltd. TN 27, TELUS Communications Inc. TN 173 and TELUS Communications Inc. (formerly TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc.) TNs 396 and 397.
