dated 26 February 2003; the second request for an extension of time
to 27 February 2005 was approved in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-90,

The licensee proposes to add an
FM transmitter at Manning to broadcast the programming of CKKX-FM, in
order to improve the quality of the signal currently received in
Manning. |

The transmitter would operate
on frequency 92.1 MHz (channel 221A) with an effective radiated power of
950 watts (non-directional antenna/antenna height of -4.2 metres). |
