Broadcasting Decisions:
2004-382-1 Various undertakings. Across Canada. ERRATUM - The Commission
corrects broadcasting decision CRTC 2004-382 dated 30 August 2004, in which undertakings were included in Appendix I in error.

Ontario Inc. (the general partner), and Whiteoaks Communications Group
Limited, Peter Gilgan, Ken Harrigan, Terri Patterson and George E. Patton
(the limited partners), carrying on business as AM 740 Primetime Radio
Limited Partnership.
Toronto, Ontario. APPROVED - Extension of the time limit to commence
the operation of the transitional digital radio undertaking, associated with
its existing station CHWO Toronto, until 31 August 2005.
2005-12 Labbe Media Incorporated. Chapleau, Ontario. APPROVED - Decrease
of the effective radiated power from 130 watts to 111 watts and decrease
of the effective antenna height from 37 metres to 30.5 metres of the transmitter
CJWA-FM-1 Chapleau.
2005-13 Various undertakings. Ontario and Quebec. The Commission revokes
the broadcasting licences issued to licensees listed in the appendix to
the decision, for the exempted undertakings serving the locations also
listed in the appendix to the decision.
2005-14 Various undertakings. Ontario and Quebec. RENEWED - B
roadcasting licences for the broadcasting distribution undertakings listed
in the appendix to the decision, until 31 August 2005.
Telecom Orders:
2005-25 The Commission approves, with changes, an application by Cochrane
Telecom Services, dated 15 October 2004, to revise item 4.0, Rate
Schedules for Primary Exchange (Local) Service, under section 100 of its
General Tariff in order to increase its monthly business individual line
and business rural line (South Highway) rates. Reference: TN 46.

2005-26 The Commission approves on a final basis applications by Call-Net
Communications Corp., LondonConnect Inc., and Allstream Corp., dated
19 August 2003, 19 September 2003, and 23 October 2003, respectively, to revise their general tariffs to introduce Service Charge
