2005-96 The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 2 February 2005, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item 730, Local Circuits on a Large Site, in order to provide for a monthly rate that incorporates a local private line circuit, amortized construction charges, and amortized initial installation charges.
