CKTG-FM Thunder Bay – Technical change

| 1. |
The Commission approves the
application by Newcap Inc. to change the authorized contours of the
radio programming undertaking CKTG-FM Thunder Bay, by decreasing the
antenna height and relocating the transmitter. |

The licensee indicated that moving the
transmitter to a new location is the result of the termination of the
Local Management Agreement (LMA) with C.J.S.D. Incorporated. |

The Commission reminds the licensee that,
pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority
will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the
Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a
broadcasting certificate will be issued. |
