The Commission received an application by
NorthernTel, Limited Partnership (NorthernTel), dated 28 January 2005,
for approval of the Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1
Service between NorthernTel and Bell Canada. |

The proposed agreement sets out the terms
and conditions governing the relationship between the company and Bell
Canada with respect to NorthernTel's interconnection with Bell Canada's
9-1-1 Service. |

The Commission received no comments with
respect to the application. |
|
4. |
The Commission approves
NorthernTel's application. |
