2005-392 Eternacom Inc. North Bay and Sudbury, Ontario. APPROVED - New
specialty English-language commercial FM radio programming undertaking
in North Bay that will broadcast Christian music. The licence will expire
31 August 2011.
APPROVED - Deletion of the transmitter CJTK-FM-1 North Bay of the radio
programming undertaking CJTK-FM Sudbury.
2005-393 The
Haliburton Broadcasting Group Inc. North Bay, Ontario.
APPROVED - New English-language FM commercial radio programming undertaking
in North Bay. The licence will expire 31 August 2011.
Broadcasting Public Notices:
2005-82 Call for comments on a regulatory framework for mobile broadcasting
services. The Commission will accept comments that it receives on or
before 12 September 2005.
Parties may file replies on or before 27 September 2005.
Telecom Orders:
2005-294 The Commission approves on an interim basis, effective 11
August 2005, the ex parte application by Bell Canada,
dated 3 November 2003 and amended on 29 July 2005.
