APPROVED - New national English-language Category 2 specialty programming undertaking, to be known as The Parent Channel. The licence will expire 31 August 2011. Broadcasting Public Notice:2005-76 Call for comments - Proposed amendments to the Specialty Services Regulations, 1990, the Radio Regulations, 1986 and the Pay Television Regulations, 1990. The Commission invites comments on the proposed amendments set out in this notice. The Commission will accept comments that it receives on or before 2 September 2005.
