Across Canada. APPROVED – Broadcasting licence to carry on a satellite subscription radio undertaking, subject to the conditions of licence set out in the appendix to the decision. The licence will expire 31 August 2011. 2005-247 SIRIUS Canada Inc. Across Canada. APPROVED - Broadcasting licence to carry on a satellite subscription radio undertaking, subject to the conditions of licence set out in the appendix to the decision. The licence will expire 31 August 2011. 2005-248 CHUM Limited, on behalf of a corporation or a partnership to be established. Across Canada. APPROVED - Broadcasting licence to operate a terrestrial subscription radio undertaking subject to the conditions set out in the appendix to the decision. The licence will expire 31 August 2011. 2005-249 Andrei Moskvitch, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated. Across Canada. APPROVED – National French-and English-language Category 2 specialty programming undertaking, to be known as TeleDance. The licence will expire 31 August 2011. 2005-250 Standard Radio Inc. Terrace and Kitimat, British Columbia. APPROVED – Technical change for the radio programming undertaking CJFW-FM Terrace, as noted in the decision. Broadcasting Public Notice:2005-61 Introduction to Broadcasting Decisions CRTC 2005-246 to 2005-248: Licensing of new satellite and terrestrial subscription radio undertakings Telecom Public Notice:2005-6 Telecommunications Fees. The total amount to be recovered by the Commission for fiscal year 2005-2006, taking into account the adjustments in paragraphs 3 and 4, is $24.1 million. Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:2005-5 The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 15 August 2005 at 9:30 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, to consider various broadcasting applications. The intervention deadline is 21 July 2005. Telecom Orders:2005-232 The Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff applications: Bell Canada TN 6873, CoopTel TN 61 and La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick TN 42. (streamlined order). 2005-233 The Commission approves on an interim basis, effective 1 July 2005, the ex parte application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated 27 May 2005. Reference: TN 164. (streamlined order). 2005-234 The Commission approves, subject to a modification of Note 2, an application by Bell Canada, dated 12 April 2005, to revise its Access Services Tariff item 130, Competitive Digital Network Service, pursuant to paragraphs 380 and 381 of Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-6, 3 February 2005.
