Revocation of licences

1. |
Rogers Cable Communications Inc. has
requested the revocation of its licences for the cable distribution
undertakings authorized to serve Midland and Strathroy. |

2. |
Given the licensee’s request, the
Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the
Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licences issued to Rogers
Cable Communications Inc. for the above-mentioned undertakings. |
