Broadcasting Decisions:

2006-382-1 Astral Broadcasting Group Inc., across Canada. ERRATUM – The Commission corrects Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2006-382, 18 August 2006 by replacing condition of licence number 2 with the condition of licence set out in this decision.

2006-567 CTV Television Inc., Athabasca, Alberta. APPROVED – Licence amendments for the television programming undertakings CFRN-TV-4 Ashmont and CFRN-TV Edmonton, in order to change the program feed of the transmitter CFRN-TV-12 Athabasca.

2006-568 The Valemount Entertainment Society, Valemount, British Columbia. APPROVED – Technical change of the television programming undertaking CHVC-TV Valemount, as noted in the decision.

2006-569 Dawson City Community Radio Society, Dawson City, Yukon Territory. APPROVED – New English-language, developmental community FM radio programming undertaking in Dawson City, Yukon Territory. The licence will expire 31 August 2009.

2006-570 United Christian Broadcasters Canada, across Canada. APPROVED – New national, English-language religious specialty audio service to be known as UCB Canada Radio 1. The licence will expire 31 August 2013.

2006-571 My Broadcasting Corporation, Strathroy, Ontario. APPROVED – New English-language, commercial FM radio programming undertaking in Strathroy, Ontario. The licence will expire 31 August 2013.

2006-572 Bell ExpressVu Inc. (the general partner), and BCE Inc. and 4119649 Canada Inc. (partners in BCE Holdings G.P., a general partnership that is the limited partner), carrying on business as Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership, across Canada. APPROVED – Extension of the suspension of the requirement for it to perform program deletion under sections 42(1)(b) and 43(1) of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations, pursuant to the terms set out in its conditions of licence.
