Broadcasting Decision:
2006-610 Bell
ExpressVu Inc. (the general partner), and BCE Inc. and 4119649 Canada Inc.
(partners in BCE Holdings G.P., a general partnership that is the limited
partner), carrying on business as Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership, across
Canada. APPROVED – Licence amendment to replace the condition of licence relating
to the use of local availabilities in non-Canadian satellite services.

19 October 2006 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 18 December
2006 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau,
Quebec, the Commission announces corrections to item 3 (TVA Group Inc), item 13
(FormationPLUS, Centre de formation francophone pour adultes), item 8 (Hookup TV
Network Inc.), item 12 (S.S. TV Networks Inc.), and item 15 (Neeti P. Ray, on
behalf of a corporation to be incorporated).
