2006-573 TFG Communications Inc., Saint John and Rothesay and surrounding
areas, New Brunswick. APPROVED – New low-power transmitter at Rothesay to serve
the population of Rothesay and its surrounding areas.
Telecom Decision:
2006-67 The Commission denies an application by Telnet Communications in which
the company requested that the Commission direct Bell Canada to modify its
tariffs with respect to the rate charged to digital subscriber line (DSL) service
providers for unbundled loops for DSL service. Reference:

Telecom Orders:
2006-263 The Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff
applications. Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership TNs 208
