Telecom Decision CRTC 2006-68

  Ottawa, 6 October 2006

Canadian Numbering Administration Consortium – Amendments to the unanimous shareholders' agreement

  Reference: 8657-C101-200604216
In this Decision, the Commission approves the amended and restated Canadian Numbering Administration Consortium unanimous shareholders' agreement.

1.

On 7 April 2006, the Canadian Numbering Administration Consortium Inc. (CNAC) filed an application pursuant to Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure, requesting that the Commission approve an amended and restated unanimous shareholders' agreement between all of the shareholders of CNAC, which all shareholders signed by 31 July 2006. CNAC indicated that the purpose of the amendments was to bring the agreement up to date and to streamline the governance of CNAC.

2.

In light of its review of CNAC's application, the Commission approves the amended and restated unanimous shareholders' agreement.
