2001-898 The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's request to introduce its General Tariff CRTC 21491 as a common tariff that will, when complete, contain all services currently outlined in each of the provincial tariffs for Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, NBTel Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc., as well as services outlined in the Atlantic Provinces Telecommunications Council Regional Services Tariff. 2001-900 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, an ex parte application filed by Aliant Telecom on behalf of NBTel Inc., on 26 November 2001. Reference: NBTel TN 866.

2001-901 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to revise 9-1-1 service rates pursuant to the directives set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 99-17 and Order CRTC 2000-630. Reference: TNs  6627 and 6627A. Eff. date = 01.01.02.

2001-902 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, Bell Canada's tariff revisions and the wireless service provider enhanced 9-1-1 service agreement. Reference: TN 6629. Eff. date = 01.01.02.

2001-903 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request for a custom-designed arrangement providing for a 56 Kbps digital facility between Baie-du-Fèbvre and Nicolet, Quebec. Reference: TN 6631. Eff. date = 28.12.01.

2001-904 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to provide a DS-1 facility between the customer's premises in St-Paulin, Quebec, which is in the operating territory of Téléphone Milot Inc., and the Yamachiche central office. Reference: TN 6632. Eff. date = 28.12.01.

2001-905 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, an ex parte application filed by Bell Canada on 30 November 2001. Reference: TN 6633.

2001-911 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, TCI's request to provide an initial DS-1 access channel from a customer location outside the base rate area served by the Banff central office. Reference: TN 468. Eff. date = 28.12.01.

2001-912 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, TCI's request to provide an initial Megalink primary rate interface (PRI) access channel from a customer location outside the base rate area served by the Ft. McMurray central office. Reference: TN 469. Eff. date = 28.12.01.

2001-913 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, TCI's request to provide two initial DS-1 access channels from a customer location outside the base rate area served by the Cochrane central office.Reference: TN 470. Eff. date = 07.01.02.

2001-914 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, Bell Canada's request to reduce the rates for asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) access service in order to move the prices closer to the costs incurred for the provision of the service. Reference: TN 6622.

2001-915 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, MTS's request to reduce the monthly rate for province-wide E9-1-1 service from $0.20 to $0.19 per exchange service. The rate was recalculated pursuant to the directives contained in Telecom Decision CRTC 99-17 and modified in Order CRTC 2000-630. Reference: TN 470. Eff. date = 01.01.02.

2001-916 The Commission approves TCI's request to introduce an additional option to the Residence value bundle which allows customers to purchase a package of four features for $15.95 per month as long as the customer is LEC'd and PIC'd to the company and subscribes to TELUS Internet service, either dial-up or asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL); and introduce two additional options to the Residence no limits bundle which allows customers that are LEC'd and PIC'd and subscribing to TELUS Internet service, either dial-up or ADSL, to either purchase a package of 14 features for $21.95 per month in Alberta and $17.95 per month in British Columbia; or purchase a package of 13 features, which includes the Internet call director feature, for $19.95 per month in Alberta or $15.95 per month in British Columbia. 2001-917 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, Northern Telephone Limited's primary interexchange carrier/customer account record exchange (PIC/CARE) tariffs; the addition of a new tariff item for the bulk transfer of a customer base between interexchange carriers having feature group D service, and a revised PIC processing charge per access line of $2.16. Reference: TNs  163 and 163B.

2001-918 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, Northern's PIC/CARE handbook. Reference: 8643-N3-01/01.

2001-919 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, Aliant Telecom's request, filed on behalf of NBTel Inc., to revise the E9-1-1 service rates for 2002 pursuant to the directives set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 99-17 and modified in Order CRTC 2000-630.
